Process
Step 1: Fill out the volunteer application.
Step 2: Attend training on effective mentoring and remote teaching.
Step 3: Practice teaching with guidance to gain confidence.
Step 4: Seek permission to mentor and maintain a mentoring period of 4-6 months with regular evaluations.
